Finance Controller

Aqua Security is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our Finance team.

This role is ideal for someone with around two years of post-internship experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm and within high-tech companies, ideally in the SaaS industry. We are looking for a curious, hands-on individual who is excited to gain broad exposure across finance and accounting, including accounting, tax, revenue recognition, and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor bookkeepers and perform accounting analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare monthly payroll databases and collaborate with external payroll service providers across multiple regions
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and maintenance of an accurate general ledger
Work closely with subsidiary teams worldwide, providing guidance and ongoing support to local finance teams
Support revenue recognition and billing processes, including contract reviews and deferred revenue tracking
Handle tax filings and statutory compliance, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors across different jurisdictions
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial aspects of the purchasing process, including spend tracking and budget controls
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and HR, and contribute to finance process improvements and ad-hoc financial analyses

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in high-tech companies, preferably in a SaaS environment - a must
CPA with Big 4 firm experience - a must
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite - an advantage)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
