Financial Business Application Project Manager- Temporary Position

Description

Be the Fiverr and its subsidiary's ERP, financial, FP&A & procurement business application focal point for the design, architecture, implementation, financial integrations, and maintenance.

This position reports to the IT Business Application Director and is a temporary position (±8 months) as a replacement for maternity leave.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Be the main focal point and hands-on expert for Netsuite ERP
• Work with the finance team and various departments in the company, provide service and information to system users, and support users.
• Maintain existing solutions and Implement improvements.
• Be a primary contact with third-party developers on solutions. Leading the end-to-end development process from design to acceptance & implementation.
• Identifying, writing, and managing new business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Take part in end-to-end projects, including process characterization, implementation, QA, maintenance, and configuration.
• Perform all of the above in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Provide end-user training and Global Support.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years implementing ERP Software solutions (NetSuite knowledge - Big Advantage).
• Wide understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements to technical design alongside great analytic and technical skills.
• Hands-on experience working as a Netsuite implementer & system administrator.
• Working in a public trading company - Advantage.
• Working in SOX compliance methodologies - Major advantage.
• CPA, Industrial engineer, Economist, experienced accountant (CPA -major advantage).
• Workato - Develop integrations and automation - a significant advantage.
• Strong business processes understanding, high logic and analytic skills, and ability to define and outline business requirements.
• Self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical and Project management skills.
• Team player.
• Excellent Hebrew & English communication skills (verbal and written).
