Guesty is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

As a Senior Business Analyst at Guesty, you will be responsible for conducting data-driven research & analysis, financial modeling, company-wide KPIs analysis, and providing leadership with insights on performance.

You will work closely with different stakeholders to support decision-making processes via data driven presentations , which aim to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to tracking relevant business and commercial KPIs
• Keep track of business performance and provide a deep analysis to stakeholders, including generating reports from Salesforce and converting them to actionable data points.
• Conduct financial modeling to analyze potential projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain business models in order to assess performance and SaaS KPIs in comparison to public and private peers.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial models, including sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis, to support decision-making (including Salesforce reports).
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in a SaaS company in domains of Business Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Development, and Strategy.
• An Excel superstar with a deep understanding of advanced functions.
• Experience using Salesforce, including report generation for KPIs tracking.
• Hospitality background, short term rental background - an advantage.
• Self-starter and closer, able to make an immediate impact.
• Strategic analysis, project management, solid negotiation skills, business and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into insights, ability to work in a cross-functional team, experience with financial and analytical modeling.
• Detail-oriented approach, with an unwavering commitment to quality work and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver results in a timely manner, and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex concepts to non-financial/ technical stakeholders via presentations.
