Our Operation team manages 6 factories around the world, with hundreds of workers and millions of shipments every month. Our culture of operational excellence has been one of the key drivers of the company's growth and profitability.
Therefore, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist that will help us make sure that we always have enough material, on hand and on route, to fulfill our orders and make millions of customers happy, and that we have the right data to help us plan accurately .
What will you be responsible for?
- Ownership of communication with suppliers on lead times, quantities and pricing of material needed
- Establishing relationships with our current suppliers and potential future suppliers
- Ownership of the end-to-end purchase order (PO) management cycle, including PO creation, validation, approval, tracking, and reconciliation, as well as invoice approval, which involves problem-solving and resolution
- Ownership of updating internal teams (planners, finance) and our manufacturing facilities on arrival dates of materiel, including updating in our systems.
- Constant improvement and simplification of our material planning model
- Ownership of monitoring inventory levels, proactively identifying and addressing potential shortages or excesses to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Ownership of manufacturing and material cost-allocation across our products
- Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring efficient handling of product returns, compliance with company policies, and resolution of customer inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the shipping coordinator to ensure timely closure of the inventory arrival loop
- Experience of 3+ years in planning/procurement/other supply chain roles at a multidisciplinary company
- Excel expertise
- Good understanding of supply chain processes
- Experience in working with international suppliers
- Experience working with ERP systems - a plus.
- Experience in a startup environment - a plus
- This role is full-time, based at the Tel Aviv office
