Job Description

As a Scrum Master you will have the opportunity to create innovative top-notch technology for new digital propositions. You will be working on the edge of today’s technology and develop the software, work on architecture, the design and implementations of new Platforms and innovation propositions that make use of big data, smart algorithms and deep learning technologies. You will also be working with stakeholders within your project domain on next generation products/services and platforms. In addition, you will contribute to data lifecycle management/data analytics strategy within the analytics platform of Philips. The Scrum Master will have a full understanding of the state-of-the-art technologies, create original contributions and support important challenges in each phase of the Analytics Platform Creation.

Your role will include:

• Hands-on SW development (: 30%) Scrum Master and Team Lead (:70%)
• Understanding the customer needs and expectations
• Preparing and maintaining your own work plans
• Periodic report to management
• Defining SW architecture, design and requirements specifications.
• Developing and delivering SW products on time with high quality.
• Formation and approval of the software solution to the mission under their responsibility
• Testing the implementation based on formal procedures
• Solution integration within the whole system
• Teamwork and coordination within the global teams
• Commitment for own tasks in line with the whole team's tasks
• Adherence to the SW Development and Quality Assurance process
• Being involved in the continuous improvement of SW processes
  
  

You're the right fit if you have:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Java based software development for complex applications
• 2+years as Team Leader or Scrum Master
• Experience in architecture or designing applications for complex systems
• Experience in designing client\server and distributed systems
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  
  

Advantages:

• Experience with AWS Cloud/ Spring ecosystem/ Docker/ Spring Integration/ Vertica
• Familiar with automated processes - continuous integration or delivery-
• Experienced in build technologies (Maven, Gradle)
