monday.com is looking for a Senior UX Researcher who will play a big role in impacting our product plans and delivering winning experiences to our diverse userbase.

In this position, you’ll work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create a deep understanding of our audience’s needs, uncover opportunities in the marketplace and add business value. You’ll conduct primary research, evangelize user-centered design practices, and help us democratize research across monday.com.

About The Role

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive actionable change and align everyone’s understanding of our customers
• Use a wide range of generative and evaluative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, quantitative analytics, and more
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and analysts to mentor and/or partner on research initiatives
• Bring a user-centered approach to projects of all shapes and sizes--including usability improvements, brand new experiences, understanding new markets, and everything in between
• Build our teams’ abilities to run effective research on their own and learn from past research insights
  
  

• 3-5 years of professional UX research experience
• Background working with cross-functional, agile product teams
• Proven track record of research findings impacting change
• Experience using varied research methods and knowing when and how to apply them
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence
