Bookkeeper and Payroll controller

OX Security, a software supply chain security leader, is looking for a passionate and experienced Bookkeeper and payroll controller to join our Finance Team. As part of the finance team, you will be part of our day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing process, and payroll processes (regional and global). The finance team is responsible for all aspects, from ensuring we comply with all tax regulations and business obligations to planning and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company’s future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for bank reconciliation and related working paper
• Account payable process management (including recording invoices, creating new vendors, and processing payments to suppliers)
• Account receivables process management (including issuing invoices, creating new customers, processing payments to customers, and performing collection procedures)
• Credit card reconciliation review
• Performing monthly closing tasks: Fixed Assets, Accruals, Prepaid expenses, etc.’
• Reviewing and approving reimbursement expense reports according to company policy
• Preparation of the monthly financial reports
• Responsible for submissions and reporting to governmental authorities, including VAT
• Produce other various miscellaneous reports, duties, and special projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper level 2- or similar (financial degree).
• Certified Payroll Controller - Must
• At least three years of experience as a Bookkeeper. – Must
• At least three years of experience in regional payroll processes.- Must
• experience in global payroll – an advantage
• Experience in Priority system – Must
• Experience in Michpal system – Must
• Experience in hi-tech global companies – an advantage
• High level of English - must
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Well-organized with high attention to details
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
