Import Export Coordinator

Nova Ltd. is looking for a talented and organized Import & Export Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the global trade industry, and various import and export regulations and documentation requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage shipment processing, coordinate with internal customers and forwarders, and uphold high accuracy through our Export System for continuous productivity and operational excellence.
• Book with multiple carriers, prioritize cost analysis, and consolidate shipments by destination.
• Coordinate, monitor, and promptly report changes in shipment departure or arrival dates to the relevant departments.
• Ensure that bookings are fulfilled and completed to meet deadlines.
• Track booking statuses to anticipate potential challenges and address any booking issues in advance.
• Ensure all export documentation is completed accurately, ensuring importation is smooth and problem free.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of transport arrangements and status from departure to arrival.
• Liaise with other departments if rework is needed to maintain effective workflow.
• Controls – billing invoices, import files and Enfopack system.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as an Import & Export Coordinator.
• Knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of customs and other government authorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
