Bookkeeper (WiseStamp)

Are you someone who enjoys working with numbers and keeping things organized? If so, our Bookkeeper position might be just what you're looking for! As the sole bookkeeper in the company, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial data of our organization. You'll handle financial transactions, make sure our bank statements match up, and keep track of what we owe and what others owe us.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

• Bookkeeping up to balance sheet (AP& AR)
• Perform all activities related to the account payable function including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors.
• Working with banks and financial institutions, including reconciliations and controls.
• Reporting to governmental authorities including VAT, withholding tax etc.
• Oversee the general ledger, ensuring proper classification and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Assist and support in the corporate audit process and any other reporting requirements needed.
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper
• Experience with a monthly balance sheet
• 3+ years experience as a bookkeeper
• Mother tongue level of English, both verbal and written
• Proficient in g-suite. Mainly google Sheets.
• Working with Mesh- An advantage
• Experience with ERP system, preferably- NetSuite.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
