As a Backend Engineer at Claroty, you will design and implement high-quality features in the backend of a cybersecurity threat detection solution for the OT world, written in Python on a Linux backbone. Take a key role in major architecture redesign milestones (API definition, division into micro-services, connecting to the cloud, etc.) You will address issues such as performance and scale, work in a team with positive vibes, and be able to influence others and the product itself.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership over features, from product design to deployment, including whole feature architecture
• Plan, design, and develop systems with complex performance scale considerations
• Use, design, and maintain the company’s code infrastructure
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in server backend design and development of production applications
• Experience in Python - Must
• Experience with databases - Must
• Experience working on large scale systems - Must
• Experience in Networking
• Passion for learning new things and ability to learn quickly and independently
• Adaptability, flexibility, positive energy, integrity and ownership
• Team player
• Experience in Cyber Security and Linux – Advantage
• Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.) – Advantage
• Experience with SQL databases – Advantage
