Your Role:

• 🚀 As a Computer Vision Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of SOTA (State-of-the-Art) technology, driving predictions in blood count data analysis. We use our innovative HemoScope for this groundbreaking work.

Tech Stack:

• 🛠 Dive deep into data engineering and research in a Kaggle-style setting, with a workload split of 40% Research, 40% data engineering and MLOps, and 20% code review.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🙌 Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a dynamic team of data scientists, ensuring efficiency and top-quality code.

• 🎯 Lead R&D: Spearhead deep learning pipelines for object detection, segmentation, and advanced image analysis.

• 🔄 Data Engineering & MLOps: Manage data engineering processes and maintain a streamlined MLOps environment.

Requirements:

• 🏆 Proven team leadership skills (essential)

• 🎓 BS/MS in Computer Sciences or equivalent.

• 📚 Ability to decipher and reproduce scientific papers in computer vision.

• 💼 Minimum of 3+ years experience in data engineering focused on computer vision and imaging analysis.

• 🐍 Write clean code, work with branches, conduct tests, and use Python typings.

• 📦 Proficient in PyTorch, bash, Docker, and data/model version control.

• 🔄 Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code reviews and CI/CD.

• 🏅 Bonus: MS/PhD in computer science, Kaggle master, with a history of excelling in data science contests.
