We are seeking a creative designer who will join the Marketing team. Remitly marketing team plays a hands-on role in the creation of inspirational projects and campaigns that make a significant impact on millions of people around the world!

You Will

As a Creative Marketing Designer at our company, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's creative direction and executing compelling marketing campaigns. Here's what you will be responsible for:

• Crafting Compelling Creative Assets: You will create impactful digital and print materials that resonate with our brand's strategic vision and visual guidelines.
• Brand Development: Collaborate on the ongoing development and expansion of Remitly's and Rewire's brands and visual identity, ensuring it remains consistent across all touchpoints.
• Target Audience Design: Tailor design materials to effectively communicate key messages to specific target audiences for each project.
• Continuous Innovation: Continually explore fresh visual concepts for marketing campaigns, staying attuned to industry best practices and emerging trends to engage both existing and potential customers.
• Diverse Collateral: Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including advertisements, landing pages, emails, social media posts, one-pagers, presentations, and more.
• Effective Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams, as well as other key stakeholders within the company, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
  

• 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design role
• A formal design education background with a solid foundation in color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• A strong portfolio of B2C marketing design and content.- link to portfolio- a must
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects under tight schedules, while maintaining a high level of quality and precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-moving, high-cadence marketing environment
• A creative mindset that enables you to transform data and ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Complete proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google slides.
• Experience with motion graphics - Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• High-level proficiency in both written and spoken
• Love of art, design and branding and for creating stunning designs that people emotionally connect with
