About The Role

• Evaluate, drive and operationalize Pagaya’s financial efforts through all of its financial instruments and investment channels.
• Prepare on demand data analysis and reports for Pagaya’s various teams by means of python/SQL/other data analysis instruments, processing big data sets.
• Full responsibility for new partners integration process, including requirement definition, data processing and verification.
• Analyze Pagaya’s financial performance and collect key insights that will be performed on the company’s strategy.
• Perform financial valuation analysis on Pagaya’s assets and instruments, and communicate insights to partners and senior management across the company.
• Gain a wide knowledge of Pagaya’s operational, business, and technological activities in order to add value to the company’s investment game plan and operational strategy.
• Help create structured processes that will enable the company’s financial game plan.
  
  

Requirements

• CPA from Hi-tech / Fin-tech, hedge funds companies experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Accurate and detailed oriented with high level of analytical and professional skills.
• Highly motivated and committed.
• Team player with good inter-personal and communication skills.
• ERP knowledge (preferable NetSuite) - an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills- an advantage
