Medical and Market Access Head (m/f/d)

Purpose: As Head of Medical Head & Market Access Israel you will provide expert scientific capability and leadership while managing a team in charge of Medical Affairs and PV activities. You will report to the General Manager in Israel with functional reporting line to the Regional Medical Director.

Responsibilities:

• Be a local medical lead provide local medical oversight for CSL activities in the country. Be a medical consultant and support commercial, marketing and sales organizations, contributing to promotional and educational materials for relevant therapeutic areas
• Provide strategic input and support to the GM and management team across the therapeutic areas of the business.
• Ensure medical governance to support the commercial and other business-related activities.
• Manage a team MSLs responsible for medical affairs activities.
• Oversee the local PV team responsible for all PV-related activities and regulatory requirements/
• Give medical support for all regulatory activities.
• Play major role in building market access strategy and lead medical activities to support reimbursement process.
• Develop and implement local strategy for scientific interactions with the medical community including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.
• Support coordination of investigator led studies and research collaborations at the national level.
• Support research in Israel by engaging with the Clinical Operations team and provide local medical support for clinical operations allocated in the country.

Your experience:

• Advanced degree in science/medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD).
• 5+ years' pharmaceutical/ biotherapeutics industry experience, expertise in medical affairs including KOL management, promotional materials approval, pharmacovigilance and regulatory procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical laws and regulations, including ICH GCP.
• Understanding of the Israeli health care system.
• Fluent in Hebrew and in English
