INGIMA Israel is hiring a Professional Responsible for Infrastructure and Device

integrationThe position includes responsibility for the project of integrating laboratory instruments into the software systems and managing infrastructure and end equipment for the project to replace the laboratory system.

Work with the head of the team, programmers, system analysts and project managers in the team, users, managers, professional teams in the information systems division and with hardware and software suppliers and suppliers of laboratory devices.

Job Description:

- Building a work plan for device integration and end equipment procurement.

- Management, control and integration between the laboratory devices and the new LIS system, defining the devices and connecting them to the system, according to the work plan of the project

- Close work with company software suppliers and equipment suppliers/manufacturers (internal and external)

- Integration between the various factors with an emphasis on information security factors

- Performing end-to-end tests, concentration and troubleshooting in connecting the devices

- Integration in defining the architectural solution for connecting the device/technology

- Installation and infrastructure support and integration of third-party software, making settings (including settings in the field of information security)

- Examining alternatives for the procurement of end equipment and adapting them to the needs of the project

- Installation of end equipment including computer upgrades

- Development of drivers using SCRIPTS

- Management of users and permissions in the systems

- Providing remote takeover support

- Handling information security incidents

- On-call and availability on weekends and evenings as needed

Requirements:

- Work experience and integration with clinical laboratory devices and laboratory technologies

- Graduated academic/engineer majoring in computers/technology/courses in maintenance and support of computers/advanced courses in information systems/certification for MCSE/MCSA

- Experience working with operating systems in the Windows environment - of at least two years

- Experience working with M.H. Linux - an advantage

- Experience in script development - a significant advantage

- Good familiarity with information security issues (firewall, antivirus, permissions)

- Understanding of communication protocols with laboratory devices - an advantage

- Mastery of office applications - mandatory

- Work experience in AD and exchange of at least two years

- Knowledge of tcp/ip communication - an advantage

- Experience working with takeover software - an advantage

- Work experience in supporting the AS400 environment - an advantage
