Analyst and Project Manager

We are recruiting for a pivotal and influential role in a financial organization: Analyst - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operation of the operations room in marketing: executing and managing daily controls, overseeing and enhancing the customer management (CM) product in alignment with technology, leading end-to-end horizontal projects in the CM domains.
• Collaborating with multiple business units within the organization.
• Defining, creating, and implementing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Conducting analysis and drawing actionable insights.
• Designing and constructing informative dashboards.
• Developing models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, statistics, computer science, operational engineering and management, or information systems.
• Mandatory experience as a data analyst, with proficiency in working with databases.
• Proficiency in SAS, SAS GUIDE, and SQL is essential.
• Experience in the fields of marketing and campaigns is a must, with familiarity with UNICA being advantageous.
• Experience in managing horizontal projects is a plus.
• Strong business and analytical acumen.
• Ability to lead tasks, take initiative, and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Curiosity and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial organizations is advantageous
