Sales Operations Specialist

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Comsec, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing various sales-related functions, contributing to increased productivity, and helping the company achieve its revenue goals. You will work closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to streamline operations and provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve the end-to-end sales process by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that can drive strategic decision-making.
• Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked and communicated effectively to the sales team and leadership.
• Sales Forecasting: Assist in creating and managing sales forecasts to inform budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
• Process Documentation: Document and update standard operating procedures and guidelines for the sales team, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Sales Support: Provide direct support to the sales team, addressing their inquiries and facilitating communication between various departments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with company goals.
  
  

• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Hubspot/ Monday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
