In this role you will:

• Be responsible for strategic planning and management of the Huuuge Casio and Billionaire Casino products.
• Helps understand the company’s business and goals by translating them into its product strategy and then setting directions and goals for the product team.
• Build the product management team. This includes such things as finding and hiring great product managers, developing and growing product manager capability and capacity, and monitoring product manager performance and performance of their products.
• Create the right environment. This includes creating an environment that allows product managers to do their best work and making sure decisions get made (but not making all the decisions).
• Be responsible for definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a global supplier
• Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases
• Be responsible for definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set

Most wanted:

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Casino Mobile Gaminng Industry;
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple sites
• Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
• Very good communication skills in English in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with employees and colleagues
• Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
• You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
• High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
• Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
• Economic sciences, engineering or technician training with additional training in business administration is a big plus
