management tools for SMEs and enterprises. As we continue to grow and adapt to the dynamic crypto landscape, we are launching an exciting new project developing a mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms.

About The Role:

We are currently seeking a Flutter developer with a solid background in both Android and IOS mobile app development to join us.

We are looking for a passionate developer who can communicate effectively and a dedicated developer who can meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

As a Flutter developer, you will:

• Developing our mobile application, ensuring compatibility with both iOS and Android devices.
• Collaborate with our backend, frontend, QA, and product teams to align the mobile app with Inabit's vision and goals.
• Architect, build, and maintain excellent Flutter applications with clean code, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms, writing custom native modules when necessary. This includes integrating with native biometrics, crypto, and security engines.
• Integrate third-party native libraries as required for app functionality.
• Write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Lead, mentor, and support the mobile app development team.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our mobile platform stays competitive.
• Ensure secure coding practices are adhered to in all phases of the secure development lifecycle.
• Manage the full technical life-cycle of the Flutter applications during each development phase.
• Participate in agile development, utilizing Jira for task tracking and management.

What You'll Need:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Flutter Development – including hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, and deploying apps on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• leadership abilities, with experience in leading or managing a team- (for TL position)
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with native app development and the ability to write code compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. Experience with integrating native biometrics, crypto, and security engines is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Git for version control and familiar with Jira for task tracking.
• Demonstrable experience in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and crypto-asset management is a plus.
