Graphic Designer

Mend.io is seeking a graphic designer to bring our brand to life and keep it consistent across all our various touch points. We are looking for a designer who has an eye for little details and will notice every typo (can you find one in this text?), creativity is his/her middle name, is not afraid of AI tools and is excited about updates and innovations. This role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all marketing assets.

In this position, you will work in a hybrid model, which means you will spend two days at the office and three days working from home.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the entire marketing team to produce design for our website, content, and other marketing assets.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement for the our brand, website, and creative workflow.
• Bring new ideas to improve our marketing deliverables using your expertise and eye for great design.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive and beautiful design.
• Ensure design consistency through all channels.
• Manage other design needs such as tradeshows booths, presentations, signage, and other collateral as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency – Must
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, which includes in-design, illustrator, photoshop and XD/Figma-Must
• Please include a link to your portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies Adobe Creative Suite, which includes in-design, illustrator, photoshop and XD/Figma
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Experience in WordPress is preferred
