Ezer Mizion is the largest non-profit health organization in Israel. We provide assistance to individuals and their families facing health challenges such as cancer and to the elderly, handicapped and children with special needs so as to empower and assist such individuals in maintaining independence, restoring function, preserving dignity and improving quality of life.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist located in Bnei Brak. The Help Desk Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to desktop computers, software, and hardware. The role will also involve troubleshooting user issues and ensuring timely resolution. The Help Desk Support Specialist will also be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop computers, software, and hardware issues
- Customer Support skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Relevant technical certification is a plus
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
