Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to provide support, advice, and a strategic approach to high net-worth clients. The individual would manage the branch operations and ensure exceptional business performance and help to effectively manage client portfolios.

Duties Include:

• Effectively manage the daily operations of the private banking branch ensuring and implementing financial goals/plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with private banking clients, providing tailored financial solutions to their individual needs.
• Monitor and assess team processes and identify areas requiring adjustments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and monitor staff performance including providing guidance and feedback to help them perform to their optimal levels.
• Develop and implement protocols to ensure compliance with banking regulations including reporting, verification, and investigations procedures.
• Partner with the Sales team to attract and onboard new private banking clients.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of required management reports and metrics.
• Create and maintain a favourable working environment through employee motivation, teamwork building, and open communication.

The preferred candidate will ideally have a private banking or wealth management background and demonstrate an understanding of how to deal with high-net-worth individuals on a daily basis. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
