Setting goals and work plans
Division of tasks and professional guidance
Development and training of the developers
Communication with customers, BA teams and QA team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or relevant subjects
3 years of experience in leading small development teams
Deep knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, C++ and React
Experience working with customers, BA teams and QA team
Excellent management and communication skills
