Director of Hardware Engineering

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage various disciplines within the group(Electronics, Embedded SW, QA, Engineering)
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits, firmware and systems for our products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, Agronomists and ML researchers to integrate HW designs into our full product suite
• Manage work relationships with subcontractors
• Manage internal design flows
• Define product roadmap
• REQUIREMENTS5+ years of proven experience in group leading
• 2+ years of Hands-on experience in Electronics - board design, development and testing
• 3+ years - Project management- leading development projects from design to production
• Experience in mass production manufacturing
• M.Sc./B.Sc. - in Electrical engineering or equivalent discipline
• Vast knowledge of Electronic and Mechanical designs. Experience with electro-optical products- advantage
• Experience with Wireless network products - advantage
