Product Design Team Lead

Descriptionmonday.com is looking for a Team Lead to mentor, guide, and take ownership of the CRM new product look & feel and the team’s success. You will be showing by example, guiding our product design teams to execute end-to-end user experiences and take a meaningful part in multidisciplinary teams as the design expert. You’ll join our Design team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.About The Role

• Take the product design mission and strategy to action and making thing happened
• Lead your team to excellence in practice, production, and execution with attention to corporate and functional strategies as well as design vision
• Be a design promoter that lead the culture and encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization
• Hire and guide quality Design talent
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, science, and marketing teams to develop a high-end look and feel
• Handle team assignments and performance issues

• 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
• 1+ years in leading a design team
• You have strong leadership and social skills
• You have experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product teams.
• You have a positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
• You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You are creative and an outside of the box thinker
