Financial Operations Specialist

1. Full ownership on the Account Payable process, Purchase to Pay process A-Z
2. Full ownership on the internal financial systems
3. Responsibility for the procurement process, from the operational side.
4. Ownership on Financial / Procurement systems, such as Priority, Mesh, etc.
5. Setting up payments in banking institutions.
6. Pre-finance activities, including collection of invoices from vendors, etc.
7. Supporting Operational and Admin activities.
8. General support to the finance department

1. Experience with Priority (ERP)
2. Experience of 3-5 years in a financial and/or purchasing operational position in a highly dynamic environment.
3. Experience in the Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
4. Very-Well Organized
5. Highly Dynamic and motivated
6. Highest level of confidentiality, trust, and loyalty.
7. Willing to take on new responsibilities.
8. Flexibility in working hours when needed
9. Great Communication Skills
10. Great inter-personal relationship skills
11. High level of English
