About This Role

We are looking for a Procurement super-star, with vast experience in global team, negotiations, suppliers’ management and contractual processes. This function within the Global Supply Chain, Global Procurement department is responsible for suppliers and contract manufacturers management (Strategic suppliers and Small-Medium accounts), as well as ensuring Procurement’s excellence - emphasize on cost optimization and on time delivery, leading projects.

The position consists of - but not limited to - negotiation, sourcing, suppliers’ management, NPI, contractual processes, cross-functional collaboration within the organization, while ensuring procurements’ best practices.

In this role, you will...

• Support R&D and Engineering teams with the development and sourcing of new cutting-edge technology.
• Support R&D, Engineering, Production and New Product Introductions Procurement teams when determining best value Suppliers, NPI Sourcing plans, Make Vs. Buy, Should-Cost, Buy complete Strategies and Lead Time.
• Mobilize and lead a cross-functional Procurement team to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets on New Products.
• Drive Procurement Commodity Strategies at the development stage for new components and modules.
• Drive design for manufacturability reviews with support from Quality Development and Engineering.
• Proactively program communication, update management, R&D and Engineering teams on all critical supply issues.
• Develop and maintain strong Suppliers relationship, sub-contractors deliverables, as of NPI stages, through negotiation, to enhancing business relations.
• Global Sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage uppliers and contract manufacturers (Strategic suppliers and Small-Medium accounts)
• Drive suppliers and supply chain strategies together with all NPI teams
• TCO Analysis, spend management and make/buy recommendations.
• ERP (SAP) work, including PO releases for semi-finished products and for finished products.
• Control suppliers’ performance KPI’s (materials purchases, shortages, production Planning, production performance and shipments)
• Risk Management & Business Continuity Plan.
• Initiate NDA, Development and Supply Agreement (Contract Management)
• Monitor market trends.
• Develop creative and innovative Procurement Processes and Business Intelligence to improve operational efficiency.
  

In this role, you'll need...

Bachelor’s Degree – Must, Industrial Engineering/ Economics/ Business Management

MA/MBA – An Advantage

Procurement/Supply Chain studies – An advantage

• At least 6 years of Procurement, Sourcing /Supply Chain experience.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in global Procurement and overseas suppliers’ relations.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience Subcontracting management.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and professionalism.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system – an advantage.
