Payroll Manager

We are looking for a talented Global Payroll Manager.

What will you do:

Prepare and manage the Company’s payroll in Israel

Support international payroll cycle (US and EMEA)

Process new employees and employment termination documentation.

Manage pensions, employee benefits and with the insurance agency.

Record payroll JEs, prepare relevant payroll accruals, and balance the payroll against the general ledger.

Manage employee's attendance process – new hires, terminations, vacation, military reserve, etc.

Assist with payroll related queries from the Company’s employees.

Work as an integral part of the accounting team and working closely with the HR team on payroll topics.

Requirements:

IL Payroll accountant.

At least 3 years of experience as a payroll accountant.

Experience working with MS Excel.

Excellent English: speaking, writing.

2+ years of Global experience.
