We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Team Leader to join our team. If you have a passion for automation testing, proven leadership experience, and a track record of driving automation initiatives to success, we want to hear from you.
**Position location- Hybrid model- WFH and from our offices in Bar-Lev industrial park**
Responsibilities
- Assume full ownership of quality across the org., ensuring highest standards are met.
- Spearhead the quality leadership initiatives, establishing benchmarks and best practices for total quality management.
- Explore and adopt the latest quality tools and technologies to maximize efficiency.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve our test automation processes.
- Partner closely with team members to determine top-quality priorities, offering hands-on guidance and expert advice.
- Execute automated test suites diligently, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Analyze and report test results, partnering closely with the engineering team to align on and advocate for desired software quality enhancements.
- B.Sc./B.A. degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of management experience of leading small to medium teams with hands-on responsibility.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing QA automation.
- Proficiency in Python programming for test automation.
- Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
- Familiarity with other popular automation tools and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber is a plus.
- Experienced in Jenkins or other build tools, CI/CD process, Docker.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
