A global high-tech company is looking for an experienced Bokkeeper. 

Responsibilities-

Perform all activities related to accounts payable,

including reviewing and processing payments to suppliers and credit card

reconciliation.

Responsible for month-end reconciliation for bank

accounts, intercompany balances, customers and vendors.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and post all

journal entries to a general ledger.

Work with our subsidiaries abroad and prepare

intercompany transactions.

Conduct monthly cut-off reports, such as accruals,

prepaid expenses, amortization, etc.

Prepare analytical reviews and working papers for

quarterly consolidated reports and statutory financial statements.

Report to Israeli authorities: VAT, Social Security,

Income tax, Tax deduction, 856 report, etc.

Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as

necessary.

Qualifications-

At least 4-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.

Diploma in Bookkeeping (1+2 a must, 3 – advantage)

Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting

principles and experience in overall accounting processes.

High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Team player with excellent interpersonal relations.

Fast learning capabilities, including proven

experience in learning to adjust to new finance systems.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Familiarity with NetSuite – a big advantage.
