A senior graphic designer at Torq combines creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of design principles to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate messages and captivate audiences.

The role of a senior graphic designer at Torq is to maintain and develop the brand's visual identity. They collaborate with the product design team, design agencies involved in campaigns, and employer branding or design for company events.

This role requires both guiding outsourced resources and in-house designers on how to best align with the visual identity design standards and hands-on work on various projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand's style guide to ensure consistency.
• Planning and managing all stages of a design project while adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives. Then, transform those requirements into design solutions that align with the Torq brand. These solutions may include:
• Social media materials
• Campaign images
• Presentations
• Event collateral
• Digital assets such as e-books, white papers, blog images etc.
• Printed materials such as brochures, roll-ups, posters etc.
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Providing guidance and feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of design work.
• Support collaboration, plan, and execute design projects among North America, Europe, and Israel's go-to-market, product, and HR teams.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication (specializing in branding and graphic design).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Understanding of digital and print artwork requirements.
• Good analytical skills, willing to understand cyber security business and audiences.
• Fluent English is a must.
