- Reducing open debts and achieving the division's goals in the field vis-a-vis the various hospitals
- Confirming the existence of activity framework orders in the hospitals that will allow for ongoing work without accumulation
- Duties while working with purchasing and purchasing departments
- Improvement of work processes with managers and sales agents, customer service department and warehouse
- Maintaining regular work routines with the team managers, customer service manager and manager
- The division in the treatment progress status within the goals.
- Building relationships with buyers, purchasing managers and treasurers.
- Building a work plan on a quarterly and monthly level according to the status of the report
- Coordinating the assignment of tasks to the team managers if necessary
- Special projects in the division
- Dealing with everything related to opening complaints and following up on the malfunctions coming back
- B.A degree - an advantage (Preference in economics/ logistics/ finance)
- Valid Driving license -Mandatory **This position requires cross-country travel in Israel
- Excel - very good level - mandatory
- Previous experience in procurement / open orders or similar- an advantage
- Familiarity with the work environment and processes in hospitals / health partners - an advantage
- Experience working with ERP systems - an advantage
- Fluent Hebrew, good English
- Assertiveness and high personal communication skills.
- Service oriented, problem solver, team player, very organized.
- Ability to work independently -this is field position with requires traveling over the country.
- Ability to cope in an environment of uncertainty & building new processes.
- Readiness for hard work, self-motivated.
- Ability for fast learning of existing finance - logistic situations > take actions in transition towards clear new processes.
