The opportunity

This is an opportunity to work in a leading global Pharma company and a professional communications team responsible for communication to around 40,000 employees worldwide. The role is part of Teva’s Corporate Internal Communication team, reporting to the Head of Global Internal Communications.

This person will take ownership of Teva’s internal communications center of excellence (COE) driving employee engagement. This includes Teva’s iComms strategy, Corporate Affairs trainings and upskilling, and CEO internal communications working closely with external communications. On top, this person will mange the internal channels manager and will have overall responsibility for building BIC internal channels engagement.

How you’ll spend your day

• Lead CEO internal communications finding new and engaging ways for employees to hear from Teva’s CEO and have a 2 way dialogue.

• Work with internal communications team to build overall senior leadership engagement with all employees

• Work with transformation office on strategy progress as it related to CEO communications

• Secure communication of strategy progress, key milestones celebration and transparent simultaneous communications of external PR.

• Lead the internal communications strategy evolvement in line with Teva’s strategy

• Analyze and review employee data and propose overall employee segmentation and personalization as we move towards more ‘pull’ communications.

• Work closely with TGO Communications team to increase non wired employees engagement with relevant topics.

• Develop with HR Corporate Affairs training program and secure on-going trainings and upskilling on relevant topics

• Manage and mentor internal channels manager in best leveraging our existing internal channels and building additional channels to reach BIC employee engagement.

Your experience and qualifications

• A bachelor degree in Communications or a related discipline.

• English mother-tongue essential

• Experience of at least 10 years in communications including internal communications (working as CEO communications partner an advantage).

• Experience working for global companies (Pharma industry an advantage)

• Able to see the “big picture” and understand the needs of the many different and senior stakeholders.

• Able to work closely with senior leaders including CEO.

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to prioritize

• Strong project management and ability to work in a focused and accountable way under pressure and to tight deadlines.

• High levels of attention to detail and quality.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others

• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in mother-tongue English.

• Located in Tel Aviv Site, Israel.
