Senior Web User Interface Designer

As a Senior Web User Interface Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-centric web interfaces for Eden Gallery's digital platforms. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, web development teams, and QA, you will use your expertise in Figma and Adobe XD to craft engaging designs for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and CRM workflows. This maternity leave replacement position has the potential to transition into a permanent role upon completion of the initial contract.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and web development, to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create innovative and user-friendly web interface designs using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Work closely with web development teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional web interfaces, leveraging your solid HTML and CSS skills to collaborate effectively.
• Design visually compelling landing pages and websites, ensuring seamless navigation and an immersive user experience.
• Develop engaging email campaign designs that capture the essence of Eden Gallery's artistic vision.
• Design CRM workflows that optimize user interactions and streamline processes.
• QA Web Interface deliverables to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented designs.
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all digital touch points.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and QA.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web design projects (At least 4 years of of related work experience).
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs.
• Solid HTML and CSS skills to collaborate effectively with web development teams (PLUS)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including web development and QA.
