Marketing Operations Manager

A VC-backed global startup, developing unique and efficient solutions for developers (B2D) is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the company's marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

* Content -

• Manage the content calendar and backlog - ensure consistent presence on all channels
• Run content analytics - reports, KPI's, optimization etc.
• Work with team members, external contractors and influencers to create content
• Work with design and video to create top content
• Edit writing to make sure there's the right tone for the audience

* Community -

• Manage initiatives to increase community engagement on Discord
• Work with the community to source content, stories and case studies

* Events -

• Webinars - plan and run events and produce content to get leads
• Conferences - manage submissions and produce collaterals

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with focus on content: organic social media content, email campaigns, blogs etc.
• Native English - MUST
• Experience in content writing and editing - MUST
• Tech-oriented marketer and talented writer with strong project management abilities
