Economy Designer - Stumble Guys!

Description

As an Senior Economy Manager you will be responsible for the economy of the mega-hit Stumble Guys! You will create and optimize the mathematical logic for both our existing and new features. You will have a deep understanding of players' behavior, and how different groups of customers behave differently, in order to inform the design and balance of the economy. You will work closely with our Product Managers, Game Design and Live Operations teams in order to design the desired game experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize the economy for new and existing features in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run
• Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, and including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges
• Collaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement & performance with our features
• Investigate different economic models for different segments of users
• Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content
• Plan A/B testing and analyze their effectiveness
• Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth
• Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior
  
  

• Experience as a game economy manager or game designer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
• High analytical skills & proven experience in quantifying & modeling players behaviors to reach product/feature goals
• Proven experience working with Product, Design & LiveOps teams
• Proficient in English
• Experience working with SQL \ R \ Python - an advantage
