We need VP RDs who can commit to an 80% position and have a track record of leading end-to-end tech projects. We have pressing operational tasks at hand, and our current capacity isn't meeting the critical timelines. Requirements:

Required Skillset:

▪ Over 10 years of experience leading tech organizations, from being the 1st developer to managing a team of 20 in a startup environment.

▪ Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams: BE/FE/AI/DATA, etc.

▪ Technical Stack: AWS, Node JS, React, GIT, GitActions. Profound experience with Sagemaker AWS is essential.
