Learn more about why it's an exciting time to join Precisely!As a Strategic Senior Buyer within the Shared Services team, you will be accountable for category management activities including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contracts, performance and risk management. This is a highly visible position impacting the business operationally and has a direct influence on the Company’s cash flow. There will be immediate focus on supporting indirect categories including HR, Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Operations, etc. Work requires contact and communication internally with staff and externally with partners and suppliers.Responsibilities And Duties

• You will implement Indirect category or commodity strategies to optimize company spend and drive business efficiency.
• You will build strong relationships with internal business partners to understand the global spend and identify opportunities to increase quality and improve value for money.
• You will perform procurement reporting and analysis of spend data to identify potential improvement opportunities.
• You will plan and execute effective negotiation strategies and competitive processes with vendors to best position the company for success.
• You will address vendor issues to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
• You will develop and maintain expert knowledge of respective global supply markets, competitors and product innovations.
• You will support the Company’s acquisition strategies by completing the due diligence and integration activities for the spend categories.
• You will Co-Lead with your business partners supplier selection, negotiation and the contracting process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement/strategic sourcing/contracting/sub-contracting/supply chain, preferably in a global technical product delivery organization.Experience working across various indirect categories for global companies.
• Experience rolling out Strategic Sourcing continuous improvement initiatives at prior companies.
• You have knowledge of procurement/sourcing principles and processes and ability to conduct detailed financial analysis.
• You have experience negotiating terms and conditions for supplier MSA, Subscription, Licensing and other types of agreements.
• You have a track record of managing and positively engaging internal stakeholders and business partners.
• You have the ability to analyze various strategic options and their direct potential and indirect impact on the organization.
• You have strong relationship building and communication skills and have experience navigating conversations at all levels of the business to include C-Suite and their direct reports.

• Prior experience working and supporting business partners in a global company environment
• Candidates with Strategic Sourcing experience across multiple categories and business functions shall be given extra consideration.
• Prior interaction with senior level executives in the engagement and deploying of sourcing opportunities and strategies.
