DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT person who is passionate about IT. You will be responsible for overseeing, handling, and directing the day-to-day operations and activities for an Information Technology functional unit.

Responsibilities:

Lead the support efforts and ensure IT services run smoothly and effectively by creating and maintaining SLAs, end-user training, technical documentation, and end-user knowledge base.

Responsible for the new projects: LDAP, NAC services, VMware (vSphere- new/old), Cyber Security processes, Vlans and VPN changes.

Oversee compliance globally in terms of IT, devising and establishing IT policies.

Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and equipment.

Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.

Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.

Troubleshooting capabilities with Windows, macOS, and networking equipment, specifically Fortinet.

Understanding of MFA and SSO concepts

Experience with SaaS applications, specifically Google Workspace and JumpCloud.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Hebrew and English.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience working in IT teams

Experience at a global company - an advantage

Experienced with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, EDR solutions

Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, both hardware and software

Strong understanding of network & security concepts

Problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Independent with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
