Senior Financial Accountant

Irisity is now looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance team in Israel.

Job Location: Hod HaSharon & Hybrid.

As a senior accountant specializing in consolidated reporting and tax compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records across multiple jurisdictions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Job Description:

Consolidated Monthly Reporting:

• Issue consolidated monthly reports by meticulously reviewing data in SAP.
• Verify the accuracy of financial information, rectifying any discrepancies as necessary.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy in reporting.

Tax Compliance:

• Take ownership of tax reporting obligations in various countries, including Singapore, the United States, and Argentina.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax reports, staying abreast of regulatory changes and requirements.

Financial Analysis and Review:

• Assist in profit and loss analysis, reviewing all account statements, particularly focusing on Lana Mazen's responsibilities.
• Accompany annual financial reviews, providing necessary support and documentation.

Salary Administration:

• Oversee salary administration for employees in Singapore and the United States, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure timely preparation and transmission of salaries.
• Monitor cash flow and collections, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.
• Utilize Excel extensively for cash flow analysis and forecasting.

Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with multinational companies, with a focus on the United States, is highly preferred.
• A proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant financial role.

Additional Information:

• This position is a blend of analytical tasks and administrative duties, with approximately 50% of the workload focused on cash flow management and Excel-based operations.
• The role may require occasional flexibility in working hours, particularly during salary preparation periods and annual reviews.
