Foreign Community Talent Scout

We are a leading HR agency in Israel, specializing in providing staffing solutions for major retail chains and logistics centers/warehouses.
We are looking for a well-connected and motivated Recruiter / Talent Scout to join our team. Your primary focus will be sourcing and recruiting asylum seekers and foreign residents currently living in Israel who hold valid temporary work permits (visas). We are looking for candidates from communities including, but not limited to, Sri Lanka, African nations, India, and Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing, connecting with, and recruiting potential candidates from foreign resident and asylum-seeker communities.
Managing the full recruitment cycle specifically for positions in the retail sector (supermarkets, stores) and logistics (warehouses).
Building and maintaining a network within these communities to ensure a steady pipeline of workers.

- Deep familiarity with, or direct access to, the asylum-seeker and foreign worker communities in Israel. Previous experience in community leadership or sourcing within these groups is a huge advantage.
- Fluent English is a must. Hebrew is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding or prior experience in recruitment is highly preferred.
- A valid driving license is a strong advantage.
- High communication skills, charisma, and a proactive "go-getter" attitude.
