We are hiring a Vice President of Human Resources. Responsible for the strategic and day to day operational leadership of the human resources function for both the company's team in Israel and its fully owned subsidiary in the USA (New Jersey). This includes initiating, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies, tools and programs, managing talent acquisition, development and training, overseeing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws in both jurisdictions.

The position reports to: Corporate CEO in Israel, and CEO of US subsidiary in New Jersey.

Location: Netanya, Israel; traveling to the USA 4-5 times a year

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, and implement HR strategies, tools and programs that align with the company's overall business goals.
• Manage the talent acquisition and development process, including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, and performance management.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws in Israel and the USA
• Manage the HR team and provide leadership and guidance on all HR matters.
• Partner with the C-level leadership and other senior managers to ensure that the HR function is effectively supporting the company's business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, sociology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in human resources, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (director or higher)
• Prior experience as VP or director of human resources working in combined US-Israel hi-tech companies, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceuticals domain.
• Deep familiarity and understanding of US and Israeli labor and employment laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work hard, both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and discreet
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with HR management systems
• Perfect fluency in Hebrew and English
