Production Planner for global Hi-Tech Company

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Optimization: Develop production schedules and analyze capacity to maximize operational efficiency.
Resource Management: Track material and resource needs, run capacity simulations, and identify potential bottlenecks.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Engineering, QA, and Procurement to synchronize workflows.
Data & Process Improvement: Analyze labor costs, validate production data, and continuously improve production effectiveness.

Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (Practical Engineer also considered).
Must have experience working within a manufacturing company / directly with production lines.
Experience: 3+ years in PP&C, Production, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (MRP focus).
Languages: High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Traits: Ability to manage deadlines, attention to detail, and quick adaptation to changes.
