Full Stack Team Leader

Job Description

What will you do?

• Our Full Stack Team Leader are service oriented and knowledgeable about Azure Cloud Services and tools as well as general web application architecture, networking, and development processes. As our Full Stack Team Leader, you will also:
• Deploy, secure, and administer infrastructure and services on the Azure platform, keeping OS, database, and software updates current across servers through monthly patching Manage cloud environments in line with security guidelines.
• Develop support guidelines and processes that improve support resolution time and increase efficiency through automation and documentation.
• Design, develop, and implement documentation and operational runbooks to improve knowledge sharing among the team and the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and generate solutions to current problems in the organization (problem solving).
• Automate administrative tasks and reports.
• Lead the design, architecture, and scaling up of our solution, as well as maintain an agile development process.
• Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects Develop, mentor, and grow the talented team members 50% Manage subcontractors from the development field 50% independent development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack development
• 5+ years of experience on one of more of the following C++/Java/Phyton/Node.JS/.Netcore
• 5+ years of knowledge and development experience in JavaScript (Vanilla, Angular, React, Vue)
• Deep understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems using microservices \ queues \ serverless
• Experience working with Linux, containers (Kubernetes, Docker) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with a relational database as well as non-SQL databases
• Experience with Azure cloud
• Experience in Unit Testing and Automation
• Experience managing employees or subcontractors
