Quality and Technology Manager

Responsibilities include:

1. Participation in factory management.

2. Managing the quality and technology team, including training and professional guidance.

3. Managing food quality and safety policies in line with corporate guidelines, and developing annual work plans.

4. Overall responsibility for quality and technology processes end-to-end, including product release, setting quality standards, and ensuring compliance.

5. Leading process improvement and optimization in quality and technology.

6. Conducting risk assessments for production lines and processes, effective management of food safety systems and GMP, and adjustments based on survey results.

7. Implementing and monitoring consumer complaint handling procedures, analyzing complaints, generating insights, and adapting work procedures.

8. Ensuring compliance with quality standards, liaising with certification bodies, and managing internal and external audits (Ministry of Health, IQC Quality Control Institute, various suppliers, and customers).

9. Responsibility for environmental quality, including following professional guidelines and managing inspections.

10. Conducting training and providing professional assistance to various personnel in the factory on quality and food safety topics (annual training program and certification) to foster a culture of top-quality work and increased employee engagement.

What's required?

- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Food Science.

- At least 3 years of experience in quality-related roles in the food industry.

- Experience in team management and leadership.
