Implementation and Development Engineer

Systematics provides an innovative solution for product lifecycle management (PLM) with Dassault Systems’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, both on the cloud and on-premises.

We are experiencing growth and currently seeking an Implementation and Development Engineer who has experience in customer interaction and can empathize with the challenges faced by developers in diverse environments with changing constraints.

Our implementation team works closely with customers throughout the entire implementation process. This includes understanding customer needs, guiding them on best practice processes, and developing the necessary infrastructure to meet their specific requirements while adhering to project goals, timelines, and constraints.

The Task-at-Hand:

• Lead projects end-to-end: full definition and design, implementation, and communication to customers.
• Building work processes on the client side and developing supporting infrastructures on an existing platform.
• Become an expert in PLM products - with a heavy focus on the technical aspect of the product.
• Provide solution designs and implementations that cross our PLM applications portfolio.
• Control and develop various system integrations and integration processes to various systems on cloud and on-premise.
• Develop web applications on existing platforms using Java, REST API, JS frameworks, and other server and client-side technologies both on cloud and on-premise.
• PLM applications system administration and support.

What should you have?

• BSc or BA degree in industrial engineering or information systems or equivalent.
• Must have 2+ years of technical client-facing experience or 2+ years front end developer experience.
• Advanced skills in RequireJS or ReactJS, - a must, Java - a plus.
• Knowledge and experience working with and developing REST API.
• Knowledge of the product development process, material specification data, and product BOM structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Knowledge of organizational systems - ERP, PLM, PDM - an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLM software with integrations to SolidWorks, ECAD systems - a plus.
• Experience working with clients and project management - a plus.
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment.
