IT Financial Application Analyst (Oracle ERP)

What we’re looking for:

An IT Financial Applications Analyst who will have end-to-end responsibility for assessing user needs for enterprise applications.

You will join our ERP team and be a key member in the department and organizational projects across multiple applications.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with team members across all lines of business to design, build, and test automated workflows.
• Partner with Finance and HR departments to build automated self-service workflows that optimize for efficiency and compliance
• Manage communications and change management initiatives affecting our business partners
• Identify and solve problems in various fields or specialized areas
• Design and develop application system modules based on approved requirements and complete appropriate testing of all components
• Manage implementation and post-implementation production support
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports for user departments

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in implementation and analysis of financial Oracle ERP system - A MUST
• B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Experience writing business and technical design in SQL - an advantage
• Experience with HR Oracle cloud modules - an advantage
• Experience (as Business Analyst) with Oracle Cloud ERP solution - an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of organizational processes
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
