Where You'll Work & The Scope
This role offers the opportunity to make an impact at a global, publicly traded Fortune 1000 company and one of world’s largest manufacturers of electronic components. As a Senior Compensation Analyst & Stock Plan Administrator, you will provide complex analysis, effectively manage projects, and execute ongoing compensation and equity programs. The ideal candidate will be located near a Vishay location, however the role may be fully remote.
How You'll Help Us Build The DNA Of Tech
- Support the project planning, management, and delivery of the global annual compensation review processes.
- Ensure global market data / intelligence (survey participation / benchmarking). Drive continued development of vendor tools, reporting and analytics.
- Support the administration of the equity plan (processing of grants, vestings, dividends, cancellations, etc) and employee stock purchase plan (enrollment, contributions, withdrawals, purchases, etc).
- Conduct job evaluations, evaluate market positioning, salary structures and pay mix to ensure support of Vishay’s overall compensation strategy.
- Participate in various complex compensation projects to ensure Vishay’s ability to effectively attract, retain and reward employees.
- Partner with vendors and key internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Payroll) to ensure effective delivery of programs.
- Develop and produce complex regular and ad-hoc compensation reports and analyses.
- Develop and deliver compensation training for managers and HRBPs.
- Maintain current knowledge of compensation trends and regulations. Make recommendations for needed changes to existing programs, policies, and procedures.
- Minimum of 4 years in a compensation, equity plan adminstration, data analytics, finance, HR or a similar analytical role.
- Solid understanding of compensation practices, benchmarking, and regulations.
- Prior exposure to long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans is a plus.
- Prior experience with Workday, Merrill Lynch and compensation analysis platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytic and Excel skills is a must. Ability to analyze, synthesize, visualize, and draw conclusions from complex data sets.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with customers/clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing / new business requirements.
