Payroll Specialist & Bookkeeper

With over 250 employees, the company is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll specialist and Bookkeeper to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll cycle workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed and reconciled.
• Performs entry of personal data into our payroll system including wages, tax and direct deposit bank information.
• Maintain employee payroll records.
• Create and analyze attendance audit reports to identify and correct payroll before processing.
• Manage employees’ benefits and subscriptions such as: Cibus /10bis , Gym etc.
• Present during new hire orientation and support all new hire requests.
• Collaborate with HR to gather employee data and maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in Bookkeeping such as, Posting JE’s, Credit card maintenance and POs processing etc.

Requirements:

• Certified Payroll manager
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software, such as Shiklolit, Hilan, and Ranad - an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ambition and desire to learn and grow in your field
• Strong excel skills – an advantage
