Integration Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

As a Tech Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Team Support: Act as the go-to person for team members.
• Code Design and Maintenance: Create and maintain efficient, reliable, scalable code.
• Performance and Quality: Ensure top-notch performance and quality for services and web applications.
• Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire development process from concept to deployment, solving complex problems along the way.
• Comprehensive Development: Take charge of both server-side and client-side development, including databases, business logic, microservice architecture, and third-party integrations.
• Balanced Skills: While the focus is on server-side work, experience with client-side technologies (preferably Angular or React) is a plus.

Requirements:

• Ownership Mindset: Have a desire to lead and take ownership of technical processes.
• Product-Focused: Want to use their skills to enhance our product and organization.
• .NET Proficiency: Have at least 3 years of .NET development experience and a deep understanding of the framework and its tools.
• at least 6 years of experience in .NET or equivalent Programming language
• Software Design: Are skilled in object-oriented programming and various design and architectural patterns.
• Database Experience: Have worked with relational databases, particularly MS SQL and MySQL.
• Agile Adaptability: Can multitask effectively in an agile development environment.
• Can do attitude!
• Advantage: Client-Side Knowledge: Bring at least 2 years of experience in client-side development using any JavaScript technology, with a preference for Angular or React.
• Advantage: Experience working with contained services, especially kubernetes.
• Big Advantage: Experience with cloud platforms
